Nomad - Advanced Enterprise Mobility System
Showcase
- Data is protected by an access authorization system (Figure 1). Passwords are never stored on the device itself, minimizing the risk of device loss/theft. All communication with the server is encrypted using the industry-standard SSL technology.
- Major functions are easily accessible from the application main menu (Figure 2).

- Product Info queries the central server for any product-related data, for example price, on-stock quantity, etc. (Figures 3 and 4).

- Customer Info queries the central server for any customer-related data, e.g. full legal name, address, balance, limit, amount & date due (Figures 5 & 6). In addition, the user can review the list of all of customer's invoices (Figure 7).

- Order entry is possible regardless of whether the user is within network coverage or not (Figures 11 & 12). Based on the customer ID, product ID and quantity, the application automatically supplies correct prices and discounts (Figure 13). Data is read from a local database stored in the non-volatile memory of the device. This database is automatically replicated from the central server. Sums, discounts, taxes etc. are calculated automatically (Figure 14), significantly improving field salesman's productivity.

- All orders go through a verification step before being submitted for processing (Figure 15). The user will be notified if there are any errors (wrong customer or product ID, discounts over a predetermined value, order total too low, no product on stock, etc.)
- If necessary, the order can be temporarily saved on the device (Figures 16 & 17).
- Sales rep can easily manage his on-hand warehouse (Figure 18).

- Electronic daily itineraries (field trip reports) eliminate paperwork and time-consuming data entry (Figures 23-29). At the same time, management has access to an excellent, real-time overview on sales rep's movement, including currently reported location, and a multitude of reports based on this information.
